Voices from the Team
I am happy that DyeMansion allows me to work part-time. This gives me more time for my family and a work-life balance that suits me.
In my experience, a certain team diversity brings many advantages when it comes to cooperating with customers or executing big projects. I will continue to advocate this diversity in my working environment every day.
Last year, I started my my training in electrical engineering at night school. DyeMansion not only supported me financially and with special vacation days, but also responded very flexibly to changes in the curriculum at any time. This enabled me to combine work and further education.
A huge perk of working at DyeMansion is having the ability to bring my dog to work. Benji loves coming into the office as much as I do, and everyone enjoys having him here!
My journey at DyeMansion started as the first woman in R&D. Even then, I had a colorful spectrum of tasks and endless opportunities to grow, which ultimately brought me to where I am today: Teamlead R&D and proud to guide such a diverse team with diverse tasks.
I have been with DyeMansion for 5 years and have had three daughters during that time. Despite my current job as a team leader, I have been able to take parental leave every time without hesitation. Even if one of them is sick, I can stay at home without any problems. At DyeMansion, we are very happy about every new family member and celebrate it. Exactly that warmth is very nice to experience!
Thirsty Thursdays at our Mansion
Being together is very important to us. To support this alongside work, we have started with our “Thirsty Thursdays”. Every first Thursday of the month, it’s the turn of a different department to organize an evening. There are no limits when it comes to finding a theme and organizing it – we’ve already had a casino evening, a mini-golf tournament throughout the whole company, the Dyelympic Games, and much more.
Rave Til AM Party at Formnext
Here are a few insights into probably the most famous party in the AM world – Rave Til AM. Together with 3Yourmind, AM Ventures and TÜV Süd, we bring people together and have a good time at the start of the world’s leading trade fair in industrial 3D printing. We are already looking forward to the next time!
As a Munich-based company, we of course traditionally celebrate the fifth season of the year – the Oktoberfest.
We visit the Oktoberfest together and also celebrate our own Wiesn party in the office with live music and beer.
We already have a lot of fun at work, but nonetheless we sometimes put work on the back burner and enjoy being together. For this purpose, we have a company outing once a year, and have already been rafting as well as taken a cruise on the Isar River.
Christmas is not only celebrated with the family. Every year, we get together just before
Christmas to look back on the year together and to toast everything new.
