Our innovative DeepDye Coloring (DDC) technology offers unlimited color choices. As a DM60 user you benefit from the
largest color database. In addition to over 170 RAL and standardized colors, which are ready-to-use without additional development costs and waiting times, our color matching also offers the possibility of creating individual tones for you – from corporate colors to seasonal trend colors and individual skin tones. The fully automatic cleaning program of the DM60 allows a flexible use and a fast color change.

For a long time, dyeing 3D-printed plastics was a manual, uncontrollable process. We take care of this process and offer a global supply of exact color recipes down to the microgram. This enables an industrial process that could not be easier for the user and can be reproduced any time. The power lies in our color cartridges, which we manufacture depending on base material, finish and desired color. Based on the volume of your parts, we deliver cartridges in four different sizes. These are equipped with an RFID chip that transfers all process parameters QM ready to the DM60.

THE DM60 EXPLAINED
Thanks to our color cartidges no manual pigment handling is necessary.
Place your parts together with the cartridge in the basket.
Press "Start" and the dyeing cycle begins.
The process is fully automated and takes approx. 2.5 hours per run.
After a dyeing cycle is finished, you just have to take the colored parts out of the basket.

Our industrial DeepDye Coloring (DDC) process is specifically designed for the two most frequently used plastics in additive manufacturing: PA11 and PA12. In addition, we have experience with other polymers which upon request can also be colored at customized parameters with the DM60, including: TPE, PrimePart, PA6, Alumide, PP, ABS, and many more. DYEMANSION DM60 RESERVOIR
for high-volume black coloring
Using the DM60 Reservoir as an add-on solution to your DM60 reduces your lead-time up to 30. When using the DM60 Reservoir consecutively, the process water is already heated, which saves valuable cycle time. Your costs per run can be reduced up to 37 when working in combination with the DeepDye Coloring solutions for high-volume black coloring.
When using the DM60 Reservoir for black coloring, the process water is stored in the Reservoir for further runs. The possibility of using any other color in between offers you maximum flexibility. Thanks to a compact tower design, the system takes up very little space next to the DM60 and can be easily integrated into your workflow. This user-friendly solution is compatible with all variants of the DM60 and requires no additional operation effort, as the dyeing process is completely controlled by the DM60.
Due to the possibility of reusing the process water for up to five dyeing cycles with the DM60 Reservoir, the consumption of fresh water and the amount of waste water are considerably reduced. As a result, with this sustainable add-on solution you also protect the environment.

for constant water quality & process stability
The water quality worldwide varies greatly depending on location and season and contains undesirable substances which have a negative impact on dyeing results. Constant water quality without these substances is essential for a stable process. Thanks to the principle of reverse osmosis, components such as lime and other salts are removed from the water. This achieves a consistent water quality that ensures reproducible dyeing results.
The DyeMansion ROS Reverse Osmosis System is a user-friendly solution that can be integrated into the Print-to-Product workflow at any time and is perfectly matched for the use with your DeepDye Coloring Equipment (DM60 including DM60 Reservoir). In combination, this complete solution ensures more simplified handling compared to conventional desalination solutions.
Thanks to the innovative filter system the DyeMansion ROS protects your DeepDye Coloring Equipment from limescale deposits. That not only ensures a stable dyeing process but also significantly extends the service life of your machines.
