We are looking for an entrepreneurially minded leader to join our team and help grow our US sales. Coming off our strong $5M  Series A, we are building our team in Austin, Texas to address the market potential we have seen in North America. Over the past year we have already developed a strong customer base in North America with leading manufacturing, fashion, aerospace and automotive companies using our technology.

Must be based in Austin, Texas or willing to relocate.   


  • Achieve ambitious Sales Goals for 2019
  • Set up our North American headquarters in Austin, Texas
  • Build a VAR partner network within the USA
  • Represent DyeMansion at trade shows and conferences
  • Assist in setting up coloring and benchmark service with the help of qualified sales engineer/technical service
  • Develop the North American strategy together with the German headquarters and manage the responsibility for the execution
  • Oversee operational management for the DyeMansion Inc.


  • You are inspired by the entrepreneurial challenge of launching a European company in North America.
  • You have a university degree or appropriate work experience in 3D Printing or Mechanical Engineering.
  • You are enthusiastic about 3D printing.
  • You have the ability to work under pressure, we are a fast growing startup.


  • You have 5+ amount of years experience in a quota carrying sales role in Additive Manufacturing (AM), capital equipment, or manufacturing sales.
  • Deal history of engaging and selling into the C-Suite.
  • Experience in project management or sales into the following industries: Contract Manufacturing, Aerospace, and Automotive.
  • History of processes build to exemplify organizational skills.
  • A track record of strong leadership experience.
